GRAPE GRADE: Madrasa
MADRASA (red dry) is a subject of our pride that occupies a special place in the line of premium TERRA CASPEA wines. Homeland of grape variety Madrasa – is Azerbaijan. It is known for about 300 years, in the Ismayilli region, and it is named after the village in which it was first discovered. Madrasa is a bright representative of Azerbaijani autochthonous grape varieties. Grown in the vineyards of Fireland Vineyards.
The king of grapes in Azerbaijan is given an honorable royal place - for 100% wine is aged for 14 months in oak barrels. This allows us to identify all of its unique potential.
MADRASA (red dry) is a very elegant wine of rich ruby color. Bright, rich aroma combines tones, characteristic for prunes, dried berries, cowberries, blueberries, currants, cherries. Aftertaste - a sweeping wave of dark berries. The wine is well balanced in its acidity. Before pouring on glasses, you need to give it a "breathe".
Perfectly combined with lamb dishes, kebabs, and sage. Great for pasta and white cheeses.
