ILKIN WHITE SEMI-DRY
GRAPE GRADE: Chardonnay, Viognier, Vermentino
ILKIN (white semi-dry) is a very balanced wine. It is a blend of three varieties of white grapes cultivated in the vineyards of Fireland Vineyards in the Caspian region. It is included in the basic line of ILKIN table wines.
The wine is poured in gold colors. Slim exquisite aroma and moderate acidity distinguish this drink. In the bouquet, there are spring smells of ripe fruit and white flowers. In the aftertaste it is traced a thin trail of minerality and brackishness.
Its balanced, smooth taste acquires softness at the expense of sugar content. White semi-dry wine is pleasant to drink in the heat: it is better than red, quenches thirst.
White semi-dry wine ILKIN - perfectly suited as an aperitif. It can be safely combined with seafood dishes and river fish. Not too sweet, it perfectly complements the taste of traditional oriental dishes - spicy and fairly salty.
