ILKIN WHITE DRY
GRAPE GRADE: Chardonnay, Viognier, Vermentino
ILKIN (white dry) is a very pleasant wine with an original taste. This is an assemblage of three varieties of white grapes, successfully cultivated in the vineyards of Fireland Vineyards on the coast of the Caspian Sea. It is included in the basic line of ILKIN table wines.
The natural conditions of the Absheron peninsula gave a unique character to the drink. In the aftertaste it is traced a thin trail of minerality and brackishness. Each of the varieties used grapes complement each other in this blend. Chardonnay gave the wine the structure, Viognier added acidity, and Vermentino balanced it. Each grape variety played its decisive role in this assemblement, the wine is very exciting, with a pleasant aftertaste.
In the fragrance of ILKIN (white dry) it is guessed the notes of white apricot, peach, white orange, and it is felt the smell of honey. A saturated straw-yellow color. It is perfectly combined with seafood, to dishes from a bird, light salads and appetizers.
